Special Medical Examinations Excluded from the NHS E.g. HGV, Taxi & Insurance Medicals to be made at reception.

Travel Clinics

We hold weekly travel clinics on a Tuesday 4pm – 6pm by appointment only.

Well Person Check-Up

Any patient between the age of 40 and 74 who has not attended a consultation or clinic in the last five years can request a well person check-up with the surgery via the practice nurse.
Any patient over 75 who has not attended a consultation or clinic in the last 12 months can also request a well person check-up.

Childhood Immunisations

Take place on Tuesday’s between 13:00 – 15:30.

Child Surveillance

By appointment, carried out by the doctor or Health Visitor.

Treatment Room nurse

The treatment room nurse holds a surgery twice weekly. 
Please ring 0300 247 0011 for appointments. 

The treatment room nurse can help with:

  • Blood Tests
  • Dressings
  • Minor Injuries
  • Removal of Stitches
  • Ear Syringing 

Minor Surgical Procedures

The Surgery runs a joint injection  clinic which is held by Dr Yuzgina and Dr Graham.

Arrangements can be made for minor procedures such as removal of moles and warts or injection of painful joints, after discussion with a doctor. To access any of these services you must first be seen by a doctor.

Practice Nurse/Healthcare Assistant Clinics

Our Practice Nurses / Healthcare Assistant are normally available daily for routine checks & screening procedures. There are some simple procedures that we recommend you undertake in order to maintain optimum health. They can be arranged with our Practice Nurse/Healthcare Assistant and are designed to detect disease at an early stage.
Practice Nurse/Healthcare Assistant appointments can normally be booked up to 3 months in advance and the surgery also has access to book both evening and weekend appointments for patients who work or struggle to attend the surgery during normal working hours.  
The duration of a Practice Nurse/Healthcare Assistant appointments are usually tailored to individual need.
There is also a text message reminder service for all our appointments.
